ARYA Windows Web Hosting: Create Sub Domain (with Physical Hosting) in Plesk Windows
At this article we will try to show how you can create sub domain with physical hosting in Plesk Windows.
- To set up a sub domain, Please first login to your Plesk Control Panel:
1- Click Subdomains Icon.
2- In this page, Click Create Subdomains Icon.
3- In this page select Physical hosting radio button.
4- Then Click Next Button.
- In this page you need to insert information about new sub domain.
5-1- Check Mark WWW if you need your sub domain works like www.yoursubdomain.youdomain.com
5-2- Insert name of your new sub domain.
6- To active Plesk Site Builder service for your sub domain, Please check mark the service.(If Available)
- Please scroll down the page for other details.
7- For active all other web services, Please check mark services that you wish to active for your sub domain.
8- At the end after choose the services for your sub domain, please Click Finish to save sub domain configuration.
- Now your subdomain has been created. In this page you are able to mange your subdomain as a new hosting under your main domain.
9- To edit sub domain configuration, Please click Setup Icon..
10- In this page you are able to manage and change sub domain configuration.
- Also you are able to setup separate FTP user name and password for access and upload your file in your sub domain hosting.
- Just you need to check mark (Create a separate FTP user account for this subdomain) radio button.
- Then specify new user name and password for sub domain FTP service.
- At the end Click OK to save your configuration.
11- In this page you are able to see all your sub domains name.
- Also your new subdomain with physical hosting has been setup by VR ICON.
12- To remove any of sub domains, Please check mark the sub domain name.
13- Then click Remove Link.
14- In this page you need to confirm check mark Confirm removal.
15- Then Click OK.
- After Confirm removal, you will see the removal confirmation message at the new page.
